When you book an appointment through our scheduling page, we collect the details you provide to that booking form — typically your name, email address, and phone number — so we can confirm and prepare for your fitting. We do not ask for payment or financial information through this website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, and to respond if you contact us directly by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Third-party services
Booking is handled by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling provider — when you reserve a fitting, the details you enter are processed by Cal.com on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policy. The photos and video on this site are served from Supabase, our media storage provider; visiting this site does not require you to create an account with either service.
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking provider (Cal.com) may set its own cookies necessary to display the scheduling calendar — see their policy for details.
6. Data retention
We keep booking-related information only as long as needed to manage your appointment and for basic business record-keeping afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@mrrexshop.com.
7. Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that it be deleted. To do so, email info@mrrexshop.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
