1. Damaged products
If your product arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs of the damage — by email at info@mrrexshop.com or on WhatsApp (+383 49 464 865). We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Not satisfied with your purchase
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unworn. Once it has been returned and inspected, we will issue MrRex voucher credit equal to the amount paid for the returned product.
Where applicable law requires a monetary refund, a longer return period or another remedy, those rights apply.
